411 Locals provides local United States businesses with search registration and submission services (Services) to search engines like Google, Yahoo and others. For that purpose, 411 Locals must share submitted business information with the local search providers. 411 Locals may also create website(s), marketing video(s), and/or list your business with social networks.

By accepting our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you have provided true, accurate, current and complete information, that you have the power and authority to enter into and perform under the Terms of Service on behalf of the entity you represent and that you agree to be bound by the terms and to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders.

By purchasing Services from 411 Locals or any of its affiliates, you are bound to the following Terms of Service, as well as the terms of service of the defined local search providers. 411 Locals reserves the right to update the Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be effective upon posting of the updated terms to the website.

411 Locals will not share your information with any business other than those who are directly affiliated with 411 Locals and local search providers.

You agree to provide a valid payment method for any set-up fee(s) agreed with you to begin your service. Your account will be charged the same day for the setup fee(s), unless your listing requires listing activation by methods different than phone call, in which case your account will be charged after the activation is complete. You agree to accept communication via telephone, fax, email, or SMS/text, unless you notify us otherwise.

You agree to purchase Services on a month to month subscription basis. You acknowledge that 411 Locals will automatically renew your subscription each month and charge the account we have on record, unless you contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or (866) 391-0622, to cancel Services at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current subscription period. You agree to pay a $35 fee for any bounced check. If your card is declined, you agree to authorize 411 Locals to make additional attempts to run your card to receive payment for our services. 411 Locals reserves the right to remove any listing or online content it puts up on behalf of a customer if that customer fails to make timely payment.

You acknowledge that the use of this Service is solely at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 411 Locals expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

If you have purchased a website design package, you further agree that you cannot: change the design of the template you have chosen; remove keyword pages; or remove the address and/or phone number from the listing(s). However, you can: send in your own photographs/pictures to be used in your website and send in your own text/content or edits (so long as it is not infringing nor otherwise creates any liability; we also reserve the right to modify/edit any text for SEO purposes).

Businesses that provide adult products, hate materials, illegal products or services, are offensive in content or incorporate images or content that is in any way harmful, threatening, obscene, harassing or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, or is inappropriate for minors are not accepted for submission into search engines. 411 Locals shall not be considered responsible for acts beyond its control including, but not limited to, acts of God, power outages, earthquakes, or other disasters. This agreement does not cover reasons beyond the control of 411 Locals including, but not limited to, Internet connectivity issues and the accessibility of local search provider systems.

By accepting our service you agree to indemnify and hold 411 Locals and its other affiliated companies, and their officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service to the maximum extent allowed by law, 411 Locals and its other affiliated companies, any of their officers, directors or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (no matter how they arose, including negligence), or for interrupted communications, lost data or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the Services provided hereunder. Further, 411 Locals and its other affiliated companies, any of their officers, directors or employees will not have any liability for any losses arising because the 411 Locals Services are not operational or accessible. Many local search providers syndicate their content to other search providers. 411 Locals offers no warranty or guarantee as to how or where the syndication partners use the information posted after 411 Locals has fulfilled its commitment. 411 Locals retains the right to alter (add or remove) local search providers included in this agreement at any time. You grant 411 Locals the right to store and alter the provided content prior to submission to the local search providers. You also grant 411 Locals a royalty free, world-wide right and license to access, index, cache, and display the provided content.

As part of the service 411 Locals provides submissions to a number of local search providers. You agree to allow 411 Locals to act as an agent on your behalf when submitting your business information online. You acknowledge that providing incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise incorrect information about your business and/or its location may result in your listing being rejected by the local search engines. No refund is offered for rejected listings, but you do have the opportunity to correct the information in your listing and to have the information resubmitted. 411 Locals agrees to submit your business information to the defined local service providers within two (2) business days of payment. 411 Locals does not guarantee or warranty that 411 Locals provided submissions will be accepted by the local search providers for inclusion in their index or what timeframe is required for listing. 411 Locals does not guarantee or warrant how 411 Locals provided submissions would be displayed or ranked by the local search providers.
